Place looks rundown with many Chinese takeouts being this way in the area, however, the owner lady was super friendly and sweet. The gratitude for having customers was shown. I ordered the sesame chicken combo with the pork fried rice and it comes with an eggroll. $10.25 for everything. Sesame chicken was not bad, but the sauce was more on the heavier side than how I would normally like my sesame chicken to be coated, so once you get to the bottom of the dish it does become quite heavy and overwhelming. The fried rice was a bit greasy but it's take-out, so can't expect much. The egg roll that came with the order, batter itself was good and fried crispy, however, the veggies inside of it tasted a bit old and on the funnier side. This Chinese take-out is one of the better ones I have been to around this area, would come again especially having the owner being nice and grateful.
Oh man this is like the old school Chinese from back home in Queens NY. Is the shop nice? No lol. It's a small counter with a steamy atmosphere and dated / aging. But the owner is friendly and nice, the food/ service comes fast, and I would drive hours for their crispy honey wings, oh man!
